Between Worlds: An Example of Creative Writing

B

Creative writing helps me keep my copywriting focused on storytelling. (And copywriting helps me keep my creative writing succinct.) I write novels to keep me on my creative path and practice storytelling to its fullest. This series of novels takes place in real locations, and half of each novel is historical fiction, which requires a good deal of research before I begin each new story. Moreover, I juggle a cast of roughly 50 characters (not in each novel, of course), which requires a lot of note-taking, research, and attention to detail. This series sprang out of my research for Postcards in a Closet.
